Comoros' national dish is Langouste a la Vanille, meaning lobster with vanilla sauce. It is roasted lobster served on a bed of wilted greens with warm vanilla sauce and sprouts on top. Other popular dishes include; fish, Mabawa, Mubogo, and Jobi. These foods are found in street stands.
